Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping throughout India. Shipping timelines are estimated and are not guaranteed. Business days are Monday - Friday. Once the order is confirmed, Product will be dispatched in 48 hrs. Delivery takes typically 4-5 days after shipment.​

Return & Exchange Policy

The product(s) can be returned or exchanged in case you receive the product(s) in broken condition. In case of the above mentioned situation, the picture of the broken product(s) must be sent at our whatsapp number - 9886453625 or email to thebrassdaddy@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) along with the remedy wanted (return/exchange).

 

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping of Return Items

 Once the return or exchange is approved, we will arrange for pick-up.

Refund

Once your returned/exchanged product(s) is received and inspected ,we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned/exchanged product(s). Once the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be refunded to your bank account within 4-7 days
